My grandmother was the first person to see my community project come to life. As she battled cancer, I noticed she was slowly losing hope as her body became weaker and couldn’t handle the treatments anymore. Watching her go through that inspired me to create an online project to support patients like her who are struggling to stay hopeful. During the summer 2025, I helped take care of her and helped support my family during that time, which showed me how important compassion and encouragement truly are. She loved when I cared for her, and her strength continues to inspire everything I hope to do with this project.
